Nitmod 2.3.5 Crash and Exploit Fix Patcher - v1.0

I release this tool here, because nitmod needs some major bug fixes. Its includes:
- fix altertentity crashes. No need to modify mapscripts anymore.
- fix func_rotating crashes. Also no need to modify mapscrips anymore.
- fixing an exploit where you can shutdown every nitmodserver.
- another crash fix when you do !banguid on a player wich is in spectator and specing another player.

This tool works with win linux mac. Python3 required.
