Why I made this mod?

"I did it for teh LULZ !!!11elf" and to show how it's possible to use flags with transparency in W:ET.
Feel free to use this mod as base for your own mod, I don't give a fuck. :)

Installation for Server-Admins: 

Put the pk3 into the etmain-folder (download will be forced, but tested it only on ETpro).
To uninstall this mod remove the pk3.
