Expanded support for custom addons

Realism Difficulty overhaul:
Manual saves allowed. 25 HP cap for player. AI - Death Incarnate parameters but with low health.

Balancing:
MG42M overheat values decreased. Damage increased.
Recoil decreased for all weapons except pistols.
Armor protection value decreased from 70% to 66% (back to vanilla)

Misc:
Separate homepath for RealRTCW3

Installer fixes:
Auto detection for Steam and GOG RTCW copies.
Uninstalling the mod no longer uninstalls the whole game.

Atmospheric effects added(ported from BerserkerRTCW engine).
New CVARs for atmospheric effects added: cg_atmosphericeffects(1 enable, 0 disable), cg_forceatmosphericeffects (1 for rain,2 for snow), cg_atmosphericeffectslow
New CVAR: cg_autoreload (ported from ET).
New difficulty level: Realism mode added.
Real recoil effect added for all weapons (ported from ET).
New high-poly models for almost all weapons. (ported from Day of Infamy mostly).
New high-poly models for BJ's hands.
Stationary MG42 replaced with drummed MG34.
New HQ camos for BJs hands and gloves.
New map: Trainingday by Yoshik.
New holdable item: Adrenaline.
New holdable item: Bandages.
Extraents scipt system ported from RTCWCOOP.
Tesla loop sound added.
New Tesla fire sounds.
Some NEW and OLD CVARs are added to the main menu as well as in-game menu.
New skybox textures by Yoshik.
Some grass added to the Forest level.
New pickups added to the vanilla maps (thanks to extraents script).
M1 Garand and G43 reloading sounds changed.
New pickup models for various weapons and ammos.
Engine updated to most recent iortcw version (thanks to MAN-AT-ARMS for this). Also he fixed some compilers warnings.


Tuning:
SHADED_MAX_VERTEXES increased x10
Weapon screen position adjusted for all weapons.
Graphical presets adjusted (high quality - rend2 with max settings, normal - opengl1 with max settings).
Reticle for kar98k changed.
Main menu music changed back to l_theme.wav.
weapons2.shader removed almost  completely to avoid ugly weapon shadowing.
Weapons texture brightness adjusted.
COM_HUNKMEGS increased.
DLIGHT is always on by default.
Venom and Mosic textures are upscaled with RTCWHQ.

Balancing:
MG42 pushback added
Visual recoil increased for all weapons
Pistols fire rate increased
Spread decreased for all weapons (to compensate for the recoil).
Revolver damage increased.
Shotgun damage slightly increased.
MAX_HEALTH for Hard difficulty changed from 75 to 100.

Bug fixes:
Flamethrower volume decreased.
AI's hats are now properly flying and falling after you shot them in the head.
Revolver pickup model fixed.
Muzzle flashes for akimbo colts partially fixed.

Known bugs:
Phantom dynamite icon.
While kicking with your leg it goes through the shotgun's hand.
Colt 1911 is not animated properly.
Muzzle flashes for akimbo colts are not working properly.
Sometimes players screen goes crazy while respawning after the quickload or death.
Lipsync not working correctly(iortcw bug). Can be fixed by disabling OPENAL backend (s_useopenal 0).

RealRTCW 1.0 Changelog:
New Weapon: MP-44 with unique ammo type.
New 44 khz sounds for weapons and some misc sounds.Also new main menu theme.
Overhauled main and in-game menus.
Overhauled loading screens.
New Weapon Skins(pack of the best models\skins made by RTCW Community).
Strafe Jumping (Bunny hop) was removed.
All heavy weapons are now decrease player movement speed by 25%.

Rebalanced AI:
HP of all nazies reduced.
Soldiers: average shooting skills. More mauser rifle soldiers, less mp40 soldiers.In late game soldiers use mp44.
