Return to Castle Wolfenstein: Coop

* Installation:

 - Copy all your rtcw pk3 files (mp_*.pk3, sp_*.pk3 and pak0.pk3) inside the main folder of this archive.
 - Above is important, don't mix this with your current rtcw installation. You have to play this game as a complete new game.
 - Double click rtcwcoop.exe and the game will start.
 - Click the 'cooperative game' menu item to create a game or to connect to an existing game.
 - You can open the console by pressing shift-escape.

* Crashes and bugs:

 - If the game crashes, please put the information on our bugtracker at http://code.google.com/p/bzzwolfsp/issues/ 
and include the needed information (the console output, stderr.txt, what steps did you do to make it crash, which pk3 files are in your main)
 - You can record demos, so if you can provide a demo or a screenshot of a crash/bug we will be happy.

* Gametypes:

 - There are three gametypes in this mod. Regulare cooperative, speedrun and coop battle.
   
 Speedrun is aimed at the competitive players who like to move fast across the map and use advanced tactics to finish a map as soon as possible. This gametype 
is not completed at all, input is welcome.
 Battle is also a competitive gametype, you play 1vs1. 3 statistics are tracked, dmg/dmr ratio, deaths and points. The player with the best (out of 3) statistics wins the round. You start with one gun, you have to buy new guns and ammo, buying things costs points. ending the map with a negative score means loosing.

* Configuration:

There are a few new cvars and consolecommands. Most of them can be configured through the user interface.
Here's an overview:

Server CVARS:
=============

g_freeze:
	0 : disabled
	1 : players are 'frozen' after a respawn, they can be activated by the stab of a teammate's knife
	The point of this cvar is to make players work together.

g_gameskill:
	when set to 3, the AI's will respawn after 15-20 seconds

g_spawnpoints:
	0 : autosaves your current location as a new spawnpoint every 30 seconds
        1 : you can save your spawn point with the command: spawnpoint, bind x spawnpoint to assign it to a button, next time you respawn you will respawn on this spot
	2 : Respawns like in the multiplayer. Capture a flag to enable forward spawnpoints

g_maxspawnpoints :
	<number> : the maximum of number of spawnpoints a player can drop. (works only with g_spawnpoints 1)

g_antilag:
	0 : disabled
	1 : enabled

g_skipcutscenes:
	0 : the cutscenes are shown like in normal single player games
	1 : no cutscenese are played

g_maxlives:
	0 : no maxlives, you can die as much as you want
	other number: the number of times you can die

g_sharedlives:
	0 : disabled
	1 : g_maxlives becomes a teamvalue, so if g_maxlives is set to 1, if one player dies, the game is over

g_friendlyfire:
	0 : you can't hit friends
	1 : you can hit friends
	2 : you can hit your friends, but you will loose the health (and score)
	3 : you can hit your friends, but you will loose the health (and twice the score)

	friends are: other coop players and civilians

g_limbotime:
	Is used in the speedrun gametype, the respawns are at fixed intervals, default value is 30000

g_reinforce:
	0 : normal amount of enemies in the map
	1 : more enemies in the map
	2 : lots of enemies in the map

g_gametype:
	0 : battle = play with two players, score is based on leveltime, damage given and received. highest score wins	
	1 : speedrun (beat the best time on this map)
	2 : normal coop
	3 : single player

g_airespawn:
	0 : no respawning ai's
	1 : respawning ai's

sv_maxcoopclients:
	limits the number of coop players in a game. (its limited between 1 and 8)

g_teleporttime 
	<msec> : the number of msecs between two teleports

Client CVARS:
=============

cg_drawcrosshairnames:
	0 : no crosshairnames
	1 : like in the multiplayer
	2 : the same but also shows the armor

cg_drawteamoverlay:
	1 : see playerweapon, playername and health
	2 : see playerweapon, playername, location and health

	The playerweapon is just one character, K (knife), P (pistol), S (submachinegun), E (explosive), R (rifle), H (heavy weapon).
	This teamoverlay just works like in the multiplayer. The 'location' thing is not completed yet.

cg_quickmessagealt:
	0 : normal voicechat menu
	1 : alternative voicechat menu

cg_obituaries:
	0 : no obituaries
	1 : show "obituaries" in the teamoverlay
	2 : show a centerprint when you teamkill

Consolecommands:
================

+dropweapon:
	drop your current weapon so your coop friends can pick it up

dropammo:
	drop your current ammo clip

playerstart:
	Use this if you are stuck at the loading screen.

coopmap [mapname]:
	starts a coop game

coopdevmap [mapname]:
	starts a coop game with cheats enabled

spawnpoint
	sets current location as the next spawnpoint. Only works if g_spawnpoint is set to 1 on the server

teleport
	teleports you to the spawnpoint of the player you are pointing at. if pointing at nobody, you'll be 	teleported to the spawnpoint of a random player. Only works with g_spawnpoints 1. Use this when you are
	stuck somewhere in a map.

mp_quickmessage
	open the quick message (voice chat) menu
