Any earlier -pk3 files with the same name should be oVerwritten. 

**** If You have renamed or unpack any files from mp_tank.pk3 - please delete them. ****

Unzip the mp_tank_FINAL.zip file to your "C:\Program Files\Return to Castle Wolfenstein\Main" directory and that should do.
